原标题：教龄满30年！罗湖区首次为非在编幼儿教师颁发金牌为提升教师的使命感和幸福感，今年，罗湖教育为教龄满30年的幼儿园非在编教师颁发荣誉证书与金质奖章。    Boman Irani has been a part of the film industry for decades, but at 66, the actor marked his directorial debut with The Mehta Boys, proving that age is just a number. And his hard work paid off well as the film won the Filmfare Award for Best Web Original Film: Critics at the Filmfare OTT Awards 2025.     As Irani walked on stage to receive the iconic Black Lady from Abhishek Bachchan, the moment turned instantly warm and memorable. Abhishek, who was presenting the award, stepped down from the stage and walked towards the front row to greet Irani with a hug, before escorting him on stage. Beginning his acceptance speech, Irani joked that it might take him a while to finish. Playing along, Abhishek brought a chair onto the stage and placed it beside him, drawing laughter from the audience.     The actor started his speech by saying, "I have no business being on stage here. I'm 66 now, debuting as a director. This is going to be a long speech. Take out your popcorn and let's enjoy this moment."     He continued, "When I was a kid, I made a promise to an 11-year-old boy that someday I would direct a film. And that little boy's name was Boman Irani. And I just feel so stupid that it took so long. But that's fine. About 14 years ago, I decided to make my film when everything was going pretty well as an actor. I wrote a beautiful script, which I threw in the dustbin in the morning. And then I wrote a script which took me about 10 years to write. Because it's just a slice of life film, as they say. But slice-of-life films can be boring. And for that, I needed to study. Study the science of writing. It took me 10 years to do this. "My students say,' If it took you so long and you got refused so many times. It was so difficult for you to get funding for casting. Then what about us?' I have this answer to all you youngsters out there. I have been acting for the last 35 years on stage and screen. But it does not necessarily mean that I qualify to be a director. Just because I've been acting for 35 years. You've got to start from scratch. You've got to pay your dues. You've got to work your way up, put that foot in the door and not shut up, so that somebody agrees to make this film."     The actor also shared that Sujoy Ghosh came to narrate the story to him, but Irani wanted to direct it, instead of acting in it. And Ghosh gave away the film to him without second thoughts.          "And I want to thank one more gentleman. His name is Sujoy Ghosh. He came to narrate this story to me. It was a one-liner. And I said that I don't want to act in this film, I want to direct it. He gave it to me for free without asking me a single question. Thank you, Sujoy Ghosh. It's very difficult in this day and age for people to have such a big heart." He concluded his speech by thanking his producer and his entire cast and crew.     Besides directing the film, Irani also played a key role in it, along with Avinash Tiwari     Also Read: Filmfare OTT Awards 2025: Boman Irani Walked The Red Carpet With His Family。据了解，这是全市首个将幼儿园非在编教师纳入30年教龄表彰对象的行政区。表彰满30教龄非在编幼儿教师，提升职业荣誉感为进一步营造尊师重教良好社会风尚，今年8月，罗湖区教育局通过了《关于表彰年满30年教龄非在编幼儿园教师的工作方案》，首次对辖区内幼儿园年满30年教龄的非在编幼儿教师进行的表彰。罗湖区的这一举措是对无数坚守幼教事业教师们的尊重与认可，也进一步强化了幼儿教师的职业使命感和社会责任感。罗湖区童乐幼儿园胡雪峰、翠苑幼儿园王兰开、琪琪幼儿园陈春玲、长岭幼儿园许志萍、深圳市第一建筑工程公司幼儿园余笑梅、赖秋玮6人成为首批获得此项荣誉的幼儿教师。加强幼儿园师德师风建设，提升职业道德素养为进一步增强全区幼儿园师德师风建设的针对性和实效性，今年7月，罗湖区教育局印发了《罗湖区关于进一步加强幼儿园师德师风建设的通知》，包括师德教育、师德激励、师德考核与监督、师德奖惩等方面的举措。今年，罗湖区对师德师风管理工作进行了全面梳理，在师德负面行为清单中，涵盖了思政纪律、教育教学、廉洁从教、行为作风四个方面18条行为，明确了师德失范行为的处理办法及问责机制等。今年春季学期结束时，近3.8万名幼儿家长参与了对班级教师和保育员的师德师风评价。启动学前教育“苗圃工程”，构建人才成长梯队据悉，罗湖区于今年启动了学前教育“苗圃工程”，计划到2025年，认定区级名师60人、名师培养对象200人，“雏鹰计划”园级骨干教师约150人，成立不少于20个名师工作室，依托名师工作室及10个学区，承担起培养区级、园级骨干的培养任务，与市级“苗圃工程”相衔接，构建“区级名师——区级名师培养对象——园级骨干教师”成长梯队，建设高素质学前教育骨干教师队伍，促进幼儿园教师队伍专业化发展。目前，罗湖区共有240人申报了首批区级名师、名师培养对象及“雏鹰计划”园级骨干教师。相关负责人表示，“下一步，罗湖区将继续加强幼儿园教师队伍建设，多措并举提高幼儿教师的职业道德水平和科学保教能力，打造高素质的保教队伍，实现罗湖区‘善幼善育’的目标。”采写：南都记者 谢粤蕾 通讯员 刘梁卓返回搜狐，查看更多责任编辑：
